For over a year now they have been making the outside look really nice, while doing nothing about rude neighbors that stomp around at all hours of the night, spray paint cars, or yell out side windows. You can call about problems in the apartments, and while maintenance is 100% wonderful and will fix it asap, the management will try to tell them that an over flowing sink can wait until the morning. Rent keeps going up, with little to no help with making it a happy place to live. I am sure other parts of the complex is great to live in, however they keep shoving loud, rude people in the back far away from the main office, so it is now a horrible spot to live. Been here for over 6 years, use to be a great place.
Worst living experience Ever !!!
My husband and kids loves the Jacuzzi size bathtub. Very spacious and easy to decorate and rearrange furniture. Been here almost a year now and i am resigning my lease for another year. Collage Apartments offers a host of two bedroom apartment homes to fit your lifestyle.
